How it started
The idea for Voila was born on Ibiza. A last-minute booking came in for a VIP villa rental. The owner was clear: no payment, no keys. But finding a way to get paid on the spot turned out to be impossible. The guests didn't have the same payment app, and creating a new account with today's KYC verification isn't exactly quick.
In the end, the owner agreed to a bank transfer — and then spent three days hoping for the best. The money arrived. But it could just as easily have gone wrong.
That evening, Voila was born. A simple link that lets you get paid instantly and with confirmation, anywhere in the world — without the payer needing an account.

What it costs
Voila charges 1% per transaction. That's it. No subscription, no hidden fees. Payments go straight to your Stripe account. You manage your own payouts to your bank through Stripe.

How it works
All payments run through Stripe. The money goes directly to the recipient's Stripe account. Voila never holds your funds. Safe, fast and transparent.
Good to know
Banks may decline large amounts. Up to € 1,000 there's usually no issue, but above that the payer's bank may step in. Voila has no control over this.
Is a payment disputed through a chargeback? You won't pay for it. In that case, Voila will refund the full commission on a personal basis.
