1. Identity of the provider

Voila (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is a service of Netvista Media S.L., a company incorporated under Spanish law. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to anyone who visits the Platform, creates an account or uses the services on voila.cash.

2. Definitions

“User” — any natural or legal person who creates an account on the Platform.
“Creator” — a User who uses the Platform to receive payments and/or maintain a profile.
“Visitor” — any person who views a Creator profile or makes a payment.
“Spots” — the configurable content blocks on a Creator profile (bio, links, social media, payment request, etc.).
“Service” — all functionality offered through voila.cash, including profile pages, payment processing and social media integrations.

3. Account and registration

To use the Platform you must create an account. The following requirements apply:

You must be at least 16 years old. To use payment features the minimum age is 18 years, unless a parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information upon registration and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You do not use the Platform for illegal activities or in violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect misuse, fraud or violation of these Terms.

4. Description of the Service

Voila provides Creators with a personal profile page where they can combine their information, contact details, social media and payment requests in one link. Visitors can make payments directly to the Creator through the profile.

The Service includes, among other things:

Creating and managing a personal profile with a unique URL (voila.cash/your-name)
Configurable Spots: bio, links, contact details, payment requests and social media integrations
Payment processing via Stripe
Integration with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)

The Platform is provided “as is”. We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Payment processing and Stripe

Required Stripe disclosure

Payment processing services for Creators on Voila are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these Terms or by operating as a Creator on Voila, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Voila enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Voila accurate and complete information about you and your activities, and you authorize Voila to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

Netvista Media S.L. is not affiliated with Stripe, Inc. Stripe is an independent payment processor. Voila does not store credit card or payment card data; all payment details are processed directly by Stripe in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy.

5.1 Fees and transaction costs

All fees are deducted from the amount received — the payer always pays exactly the amount shown. The total transaction fees per payment method are:

iDEAL: 1% + € 0.29
European cards (Visa/Mastercard): 2.5% + € 0.25
Apple Pay / Google Pay: 2.5% + € 0.25
International cards: 4% + € 0.25

Including Voila platform fee (1%) and Stripe processing fees. Stripe may change its rates; the most current Stripe rates are available at stripe.com/pricing.

5.2 Minimum amounts

The minimum amount per payment through the Platform is € 10.00.

5.3 Stripe account and payouts

To receive payments through Voila, you connect your own Stripe account. Payments are deposited directly into your Stripe account (Direct Charges). Voila collects the platform fee (1%) via the application_fee_amount on each transaction.

Payouts from your Stripe account to your bank account are managed by you through the Stripe Dashboard. Voila has no control over payout timing, schedule or any Stripe fees for payouts. These are governed by the Stripe Services Agreement.

Stripe may delay, withhold or reverse payouts in cases of: risk of fraud or chargebacks, account review, violation of the Stripe Services Agreement, or legal requirements.

5.4 Refunds and disputes

As a Creator, you are responsible for any chargebacks and disputes arising from payments made to you. In the event of a dispute, the disputed amounts and any dispute fees will be deducted from your account balance. If your balance is insufficient, Voila may offset these amounts against future payouts.

Platform fees and Stripe processing fees are not refunded when a refund is issued to an end user.

5.5 Reserves

Stripe may, at its sole discretion, place a reserve on your account balance based on your payment history, chargeback ratio or other risk factors. Voila may also place reserves in accordance with the Stripe Connect Platform Agreement. Reserve amounts will be communicated to you through your Voila dashboard.

5.6 Acquirer disclosure

Payment card processing is performed by Stripe and its acquiring bank partners. For information about Stripe's acquiring banks, see the Stripe Acquirer Disclosure.

6. Social media integrations

Through the Platform you can connect your social media accounts to display content on your profile. Voila integrates with the following platforms:

Instagram (Meta Platform API)
TikTok (TikTok Developer API)
LinkedIn (LinkedIn API)
YouTube (YouTube Data API)
X (X API)

By connecting a platform, you grant Voila permission to retrieve, display and process the data you have authorized in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can revoke connections at any time through your dashboard; upon revocation we will delete your platform data in accordance with the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.

The use of social media data is subject to the terms of the respective platform. Voila is not responsible for changes to API terms or availability of third-party platforms.

The Platform uses the YouTube Data API Services. By using this feature you also agree to the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke your YouTube authorization at any time through Google Security Settings.

7. User content

You retain all rights to the content you post on the Platform. By publishing content you grant Voila a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, display and distribute that content to the extent necessary to provide and promote the Service.

You warrant that you own the rights to the content you publish and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

8. Prohibited use

It is prohibited to use the Platform for:

Illegal activities or facilitating such activities
Offering goods or services that fall under the Stripe Restricted Businesses list
Fraud, deception or providing false information
Sending spam or unsolicited communications
Violating intellectual property rights of third parties
Distributing hateful, discriminatory or violent content
Using bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the Platform
Disrupting the operation or security of the Platform
Exploiting minors
Peer-to-peer money transmission without the required licenses

In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and withhold funds in accordance with the Stripe Services Agreement.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, including but not limited to the software, design, logos, text and images, is the property of Netvista Media S.L. and is protected by intellectual property rights. Without express written permission, it is not permitted to copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.

10. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law:

Voila is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Voila is not liable for acts or omissions of Stripe in the provision of payment processing services. Stripe's liability to you is governed by the Stripe Services Agreement.
Voila is not liable for delays, disruptions or problems inherent to Stripe's systems or the internet.
Voila is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party social media platforms.
Voila's total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Voila in the past 12 months for the use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You indemnify Netvista Media S.L., its directors, employees and agents from all claims, losses, costs and liabilities (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Your content on the Platform
Violation of these Terms
Infringement of third-party rights
Tax obligations related to payments you receive through the Platform

12. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Spanish TRLGDCU, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

For digital services, the right of withdrawal expires when the provision of the service has begun with your express prior consent and you have confirmed that you waive your right of withdrawal.

For payment transactions between Visitors and Creators, Voila acts as a facilitator. Refunds are the responsibility of the relevant Creator.

13. Privacy and data protection

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email or through the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, or at Stripe's request. Upon termination:

Your access to the Platform will be terminated
Outstanding payouts will be processed in accordance with the applicable reserves and Stripe's terms
Content associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable period

You can cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting hello@voila.cash.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular:

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) on information society services
Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPD-GDD) on the protection of personal data
Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) on consumer protection

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Alicante, Spain, unless mandatory legislation prescribes a different forum. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

Disputes between you and Stripe are governed by the Stripe Services Agreement and fall outside the responsibility of Voila.

EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Commission.
